Awalt Construction is searching for a Sales Manager to help grow our organization and take it to the next level.
Ideal Sales Manager will oversee all aspects sales cycle from start to finish with his/her sales force. Sales Manager will be out in the field with their sales TEAM help guiding them in the right areas and help with closing any deals.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager
- Direct and oversee all sales operation
- Provide leadership to achieve operational and financial goals
- Implement and ensure company policies and procedures are being used
- Establish performance goals for all company departments
- Head the recruiting effort by locating, hiring and training sales staff
Essential Qualifications for Sales Manager Position
- Documented success in building teams and achieving desired outcomes
- 5 years of roofing industry experience
- 2+ years of managing experience
- Strong Communication Skill
- College Degree (Concentration in Construction Management a plus)
- Understanding of current technology
