Awalt Construction is searching for a Sales Manager to help grow our organization and take it to the next level.
The ideal Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of the sales cycle from start to finish with his/her sales force. The Sales Manager will be out in the field with their sales team, helping guide them in the right areas and helping with closing any deals.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager
- Direct and oversee all sales operations
- Provide leadership to achieve operational and financial goals
- Implement and ensure company policies and procedures are being used
- Establish performance goals for all company departments
- Head the recruiting effort by locating, hiring and training sales staff
Essential Qualifications for Sales Manager Position
- Documented success in building teams and achieving desired outcomes
- 5 years of roofing industry experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Strong communication skills
- College Degree (Concentration in Construction Management a plus)
- Understanding of current technology
